Project Description

• Designed, developed, and maintained the company corporate website, online store, and support center subdomains.
• Redesigned CMS data structure and developed admin tools, consolidating and simplifying fourteen years of content from three site builds; provided admin training for support and marketing teams to manage content.
• Developed a secure, optimized front-end framework with focus on flexibility for content creators and simple front-end library updates and maintenance.
• Managed and maintained all digital assets and web properties including corporate (ExpressionEngine 7) and e-commerce URLS (BigCommerce).
• Led and performed integration of third-party platforms, APIs, and analytics tools into website architecture. Integrations included: HubSpot, NetSuite CRM, SalesForce, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, Celigo integrator.io, BigCommerce, and ExpressionEngine Low Search for support and general site content.
• Proactively liaised with design and marketing teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of significant projects including product launches, promotions, and lead generation efforts.
• Created detailed, animated fleet management platform training libraries and online support center for all consumer electronics and professional driver devices with thousands of searchable articles, FAQs, step-by-step instructions, product manuals, and software update links and procedures.
• Animation and video production: converted GPS tablet and driver headphone product geometry into 3D-animation assets to produce accurate and engaging product launch videos, installation tutorials, and training materials.
